UniGap is an integrated business management platform (like an ERP) specifically designed for growing SMEs (5-25 employees) in Retail, E-commerce, and Services. It helps you replace spreadsheet chaos and disconnected tools by unifying key operations like Sales, CRM, Inventory, Billing, and more into one place. We offer pre-configured plans (CORE and PRO) built on the flexible Odoo Community technology.

We serve growing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with 5 to 25 employees, primarily in the Retail, E-commerce, and Services sectors, located in Argentina, Mexico, and the United States. We are ideal for businesses currently overwhelmed by spreadsheets or basic tools, looking to professionalize their management and gain efficiency.

Odoo Community is a powerful, open-source suite of business applications. We use it as our base technology because it's flexible, robust, and allows us to offer UniGap without the high licensing costs or vendor lock-in associated with proprietary software h.

This fee covers the essential expert work needed to get you started successfully. It includes the initial technical setup of your secure cloud instance and several hours of personalized, guided online onboarding sessions to ensure you and your team can use the platform effectively for your core processes from day one. It's an investment in a smooth and rapid implementation.

CORE includes essential modules like CRM, Sales, Billing, Inventory, and Purchases, ideal for unifying basic operations. PRO includes everything in CORE plus Basic Accounting, Projects, and basic HR (Employees, Absences), suited for businesses needing a more integrated view. PRO also includes more hours in the initial guided onboarding.  

 

After the initial payment, the technical setup is usually quick (within 1-2 business days). The guided onboarding sessions (up to 3 hours for CORE, 5 for PRO) are scheduled with you. The overall time to be fully operational depends partly on how quickly you prepare your basic data for import (with our guidance and templates) . Typically around 4 weeks, depending on data readiness

 

All plans include Standard Support via Email/WhatsApp during business hours Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm nof your location, with a target response time of under 24 business hours. This covers functional questions ("how do I do X?") and reporting technical issues. Access to our Knowledge Base and tutorial videos is also included. Premium Support with faster response times is available as an add-on.

 

Our guided onboarding includes guidance on how you can import your basic data (like customer lists, product lists) into UniGap. We don't perform large-scale or complex data migration as part of the standard setup fee; this is available as an optional "Advanced Onboarding / Data Migration" add-on service. .

 

  UniGap plans come pre-configured for typical SME workflows. The setup fee includes minor adaptations like adding your logo, configuring basic company settings, and potentially adjusting standard sales pipeline stages or adding a very limited number of simple fields. Significant customizations, new features, complex workflow changes, or integrations require separate custom development projects and are not included in the standard plans.

 

While the underlying Odoo platform is flexible, specific integrations with external platforms like Shopify, Mercado Libre, payment gateways, etc., are not included in the standard UniGap CORE or PRO plans. These require custom integration projects that need to be scoped and quoted separately. Please contact us to discuss your specific integration needs.
